das deutsche Sprachpaket bekommst Du hier:

Einfach im Verzeichnis DEINBOARD/lang auspacken, so dass Du dort dann zwei Verzeichnisse hast, "English" und "German"
Danach kannst Du die Sprache umstellen.

Zu Deiner zweiten Frage: Noch nicht.
Fuer die naechste Version 1.3. ist aber fest geplant, auch die Administration mit Sprachdateien zu versehen, dann wird das gehen.
Vorerst musst Du's mit Englisch  verwalten, wenn Du nicht klarkommst - sag Bescheid
